RELEASED-TIME YOUTH GROUPS
ARE TAUGHT BY VOLUNTEERS
We use curriculum that focuses on basic biblical truth and principles for living, including skills that will enable young people to understand the Bible for themselves.
ENROLL ANYTIME.
Released-Time Christian Education takes the place of a related arts class. Students meet one day week beginning the third full week in September and ending in March. Groups are held off-site at nearby host churches.
All public-school students are eligible to participate in the program.
Students may enroll anytime of the school year. Usually, re-enrollment is not necessary unless a student withdraws from the program or changes schools.
The Bible.
We use curriculum that focuses on basic biblical truth and principles for living, including skills that will enable young people to understand the Bible for themselves.
The Gospel.
We don't pressure, but encourage students to embrace the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We help them grow in the Christian faith.
Living life.
Students receive encouragement from adult role models and peers to follow principles from the Bible that help students cope with teen challenges and live victoriously.
"It is always a joy to see the results of the ministry transferring into the everyday lives of the students."
Faye Thompson, Volunteer
